Frame:

Frame is made C.R Sheets, size of the frame 100mm x 60mm x 1.60mm. Thick, single rebate profile. The frame will be provided in knock down form for bolted assembly at site.

Shutter:

Shutter is made of (Single / Double leaf)1mm. thick C.R. Sheet, press formed double skin fully flush (46mm. thick) with lock seam joints at stile edges. Duly pre-punched and prepared with pre-drilled hinge plates with hing guard covers.

Infill:

Shutters are provided with Thermo Cole / Mineral wool / Perlite / Phenotherm insulation provided.

Finish:

Epoxy / P.U. Paint spray painted.
