Frame:

Frame is made of pressed C.R. Sheets, size of the frame 85mm x 40mmx 1.25mm. thick. Top member of the frame is welded with side members. 4 hinges are fixed with nuts and bolts and flushed with frame. Size of the hinges 100 x 2mm thick. 2 tie bar angles are welded at the bottom of the frame. Eight holdfasts are provided on the sides of the frame vertically.

Shutter:

Shutter is made of C.R. sheets hydraulically pressed rib type design, sheet thickness 0.8mm Shutter (Single sheet) consisting of three horizontal stiffeners and two vertical stiffeners. The size of the horizontal stiffeners at top bottom will be of 100mm. and middle stiffeners of 150mm. width. The tow vertical stiffeners shall be of 75 mm wide. One pressed embossed rib is to be provided in between two vertical stiffeners. Complete shutter is welded with the hinges of frame. All fittings like M. S. Aldrop, Tadi, Stoppers and handles provided. Duly two coats of metal primer spray-painted.
